Started the firm in 1985 and has an experience ranging from Exporters, Travel Trade, Export Consultants and Social sector clients in Manufacturing, Services, Automotive, Consulting. He is the name partner and heads the overall business including Statutory Audit, Corporate Taxes, Tax Audits, Transfer Pricing, Due Diligence

CA Braj Mohan Arora
He has been a Partner since 2005 and has experience of over 20 Years in Consulting, Government and Bank Audit, Internal Audits, GST Audits and Corporate Filings for Both Indian and Foreign Entities, Personal (Indians and Foreigners) Income Tax. He is also a subject matter expert in Withholding Tax, Goods and Service Tax.

He joined the firm in 2018 and became a partner in 2021. He is an Ex-Big 4 Auditor, has while being there had led and been a team member for Various Listed Companies. Currently He is focusing on clients in the Startup Industry, ranging from Energy Sector, Tech, VC Funds, NBFCs, ED- Tech, Digital Marketing and Pharmaceutical Industry. Handholding of startups by advising them in all aspects of Compliance, Preparation of Business Plans, CFO services, Tax Planning and Opinions. He is also currently heading the Business Development Team.
